8.0Check in staff and porters were very polite, helpful and attentive. Several road closures due to World Cup events, which placed additional pressure on the staff. However, everything in their power was done to overcome this and minimise any inconvenience.
− A little pricey, but the location more than made up for it. Better communication regarding the temporary process for customers arriving by private car would have assisted. However, this is a minor observation that didn't impact on the overall level of enjoyment we experienced.
