10.0El lugar es maravilloso, es muy confortable y seguro. Es la tercera vez que lo visito y me parece excelente. Muy recomendado porque tiene de todo, es muy calmado y tranquilo.
− Siempre me ha parecido que el servicio del hotel es muy bueno, pero esta vez me paso algo muy raro: Llegamos al hotel como a las 10 am y nos dijeron que debíamos esperar hasta las 3 de la tarde. Sin embargo le organizaron la habitación a personas que llegaron después que nosotros. Llegaban personas y de inmediato les entregaban la habitación y a nosotras nos hicieron esperar hasta las 2 de la tarde. Me pareció injusto porque viajamos desde Medellín por carretera y estábamos cansadas.

10.0El personal fue muy atento siempre, JOSé, fue un excelente mesero, pendiente de que todo estuviera a tiempo, la comida estaba delicosa, el hotel tiene una playa hermosa, limpia, el ambiente demasiado tranquilo, un espacio para relajarse y sin duda volveria

1.0Nada. El peor hotel en el que me he quedado en toda mi vida. Todo es horrible, la ubicación es fea y es dificil llegar. Los baños estan sucios y no sirven los inodoros. La sabana es extremandamente delgada y las almohadas sucias. La comida es mala y los tragos también además de cara. El bufet no es el tipico bufet de hotel si no que es limitado solo puedes agarrar la porción que te sirven y listo.
