4.0Struttura nuova, camere pulite.
− Non c’è ascensore. La mia camera era all ultimo piano, cioè il 4, raggiungibile solo tramite una scala che negli angoli diventa a chiocciola, molto ripida e stretta. Il corrimano non accompagna tutto il percorso e la luce della scala lampeggiava all’ultimo piano. Se lo avessi saputo, non avrei prenotato, perché viaggiavo con una persona con difficoltà motorie. Ho chiesto un’altra camera, pagando il supplemento, mi è stato detto che nn era possibile e anche dopo la struttura non si è mostrata disponibile! Basterebbe specificarlo così la gente è libera di decidere in base alle proprie necessità.
