− Ar condicionado não funcionou adequadamente. Vários outros hóspedes também se queixaram. Em um dos dias o quarto ficou sem arrumação e limpeza. A equipe apareceu somente depois de reclamarmos, no final do dia, quando queríamos descansar.

8.0Bonne situation dans Paris, près de Notre Dame. Décor agréable, lit confortable, bon petit déjeuner. Équipement en bon état. Chambre au calme sur petite rue.
− Salle de douche très petite. Les double-vitrages des fenêtres pourraient être changés. Conseil : choisir une chambre située sur la petite rue du Sommerard, il y a moins de bruit que dans celles donnant sur la rue St Jacques.
