8.0− you literally can not stand in the shower. I am 1.75 - five foot seven - and I literally had to shower hunched. I bumped my head on the ceiling multiple times until I learned to stay hunched. This is the case for many of the rooms according to the staff, and they did not even offer any form of compensation or real effort to solve the situation.

− The windows faced other windows, room was very dark and cold. The heating unit would always blow cold.
