Guys looked after you well with parking car etc.

− Shower over bath, had to wait quite a a while for the lifts. No good beer, no sugar free soft drinks. Parking very expensive.
Terrific comfortable clean.

− Room not ready until 2.30, not being told about problems with the lifts until I questioned why it took 20 to come down from the 8th floor. Apparently there was a sign at concierge but not noticeable. I stubbed my toes going to the bathroom- no warning strip regarding the small step.
Worst hotel in Melbourne CBD
1.0One of the lifts and the spa was broken. The room was dirty with many marks on the walls and chips out opf the furniture. The bed mattress felt old and lumpy. The hotel was extremely average and tired
− The spa and lift were not working and the hotel was old and tired. It was alot worse in person than in the photos online. I would recommend booking anywhere else for a hotel in the CBD

5.0The location was excellent, right in the heart of Melbourne CBD. The room was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and the hotel provided a convenient base for exploring the city. Staff at reception were friendly when engaged, and the advance communication regarding the lift maintenance was appreciated.
− The hotel feels dated and in need of refurbishment to meet 4.5-star expectations. Noise transfer between rooms and common areas significantly impacted sleep quality. The guest welcome experience was also disappointing, with little acknowledgement from the concierge desk despite multiple entries and exits during our stay. Facilities such as the gym, pool and spa were also underwhelming.
