Communication from KozyGuru was terrible, couldn't access the property ended up staying at another hotel... KozyGuru not accepting responsibility so no refund. I wouldn't use KozyGuru again

Very nice clean and modern apartment. The rooftop pool was gorgeous and and the accommodation was nice and close to Southbank and West End. A couple of issues though: the sofa bed wouldn't fold down on one side. There were 4 of us staying so one slept on floor. Also, owner kept in touch via email rather than message, which meant communication was a bit slow.
