Appartement spacieux, pas trop loin du centre historique de Bosa ( environ 20 minutes de marche). Balcon ensoleillé et avec une vue sur les montagnes. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

− L'appartamento si trova al 3 piano senza ascensore appartamento molto caldo e solo aria condizionata in camera da letto. Bagno con vasca e un doccino con getto o di acqua limitano. La biancheria da bagno e letto non conforme per un appartamento in affitto turistico. In cucina anche le stoviglie insufficienti e vecchie. Da rivedere molte cose igienicamente non adatto per un affitto

La facilité d'accès et de parking.

− Une forte odeur nauséabonde et permanente dans la salle de bain malgré la fenêtre toujours ouverte. La distribution d'eau chaude dans la baignoire est très mauvaise, le débit est très faible et pas assez d'eau chaude pour prendre ne serait-ce qu'une douche. L'appartement est au 3ème étage sans ascenseur donc impossible pour les personnes à mobilité réduite ou ayant des bagages lourdes. Des équipements sont usés ou sales comme le sèche linge, l'égouttoir à vaisselle (rouillé) ou la poêle. Enfin L'appartement est relativement bruyant, on entend tout ce qui se passe dans les escaliers ou chez les voisins.

Stanovanje je v 3 nadstropju. Parkiranje je na ulici pred nastanitvijo. Stanovanje je prostorno, z opremljeno kuhinjo. Imajo tudi balkon z mizico in pralnim strojem. Stanovanje ima klimatske naprave. Prevzem ključa je s kodo.

− Vonj po odtoku. Kopalna kad z majhno zaveso za tuširanje.
