10.0The staff were exceptionally friendly, and the location was fantastic—our top-floor room offered beautiful views. Breakfast was lovely, with wonderful coffee and juice.

This place is great. Our room's balcony on top floor had an amazing view with seats and a table.
9.0Location was ideal.. Take a left or a right when you walk out of the front door and you will find anything you need with great little parks and places to eat and drink in any direction, Breakfast was delicious, Staff super nice, View from our 4th floor room was perfect.
− As a tall person the ceiling height was too low for me in our room and shower was a bit cramped. But the balcony and everything else made up for that minor inconvenience. Nothing to worry about if youre under 6'4.
Aangenaam, charmant verblijf in een rustige buurt
9.0Ontbijt was uitstekend, voldoende gevarieerd en goed georganiseerd. Alhoewel het hotel goed bezet was, was het nooit heel druk tijdens het ontbijt. Er zijn voldoende zitplaatsen, zowel binnen als buiten, en het eten werd regelmatig bijgevuld. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam. Bij het afsluiten van het ontbijt kwamen ze telkens vriendelijk meedelen dat we nog eten mochten meenemen, als we dat wilden. De kamers waren ruim en voldoende uitgerust. badkamer met douche was proper. Thee en water op de kamer was gratis, andere drank in de ijskast was betalend. Dagelijkse schoonmaak was in orde. Wifi werkte vlot. Locatie is perfect, in een rustige buurt maar toch op wandelafstand van veel restaurants en bezienswaardigheden.
− Niet negatief maar wel goed om te weten is dat het verblijf gelegen is in een hoger gelegen deel van de stad. Klimmen en dalen hoort er dus zeker bij maar dat geldt voor lissabon in het algemeen. Ook in het verblijf, met een kamer op de 3de verdieping, is het veel trappen lopen maar ons heeft het niet gestoord. Het personeel is trouwens altijd bereid om te helpen met de koffers.
