8.0Close to the airport. Quick and efficient check in. The pool was nice and did have some shade. It’s an older building and older rooms/ furniture but maintained. AC was not working well at all and we asked for a fan and they were very accommodating

Greatest Airport hotel at SAT
10.0High end service. Shuttle was waiting for us 12:25am after hours. Justin the driver gave us some restaurant tips for our stay. Saul at front desk was welcoming, and efficient. He gave the high floor room as requested. Breakfast was varied, fresh, kids especially enjoyed the pancake machine. plenty of seating, nice coffee. Pool area perfect. Mari at front desk allowed late checkout. Staff is fantastic
