My steak kind of sucked I won't be using your facility again
3.0The hotel room wasn't what it should have been my first room given to me was completely dirty and used the staff quickly found another room for me that room was okay but later found trash underneath the side of the bed when I was picking up my shoes nothing major but not something you want to see when you're renting it was supposed to be a clean room the staff in itself was really good very helpful and apologetic when the first room was found dirty
− I didn't like the fact that the first room was disgusting and while the staff quickly found me another room that was clean this is something a patron shouldn't face. Secondly I had no access to Wi-Fi I tried calling the desk repeatedly and no answer I tried calling from an outside line no answer I just kind of gave up instead of going down to the desk
They should close the place down.

− Checking in was totally disjointed.... hotel was overbooked and many unhappy people in the lobby. Room was disappointing and the towels were threadbare and only received one towel.
