Pior experiência da vida, hotel caro e completamente decadente e abandonado. Chegamos no hotel e encontramos insetos e moscas mortas na nossa cama, pedimos para que a limpeza do quarto fosse realizada novamente mas mesmo assim o quarto estava sem condições de dormir lá. Ambiente externo mal cuidado, fomos no verão e a piscina muito suja, insetos mortos e teias de aranha espalhados por todo o hotel, fora bitucas de cigarro por todo o lugar e absolutamente todos os estofados estavam com mofo. Os donos são extremamente mal educados e sem nenhuma higiene. Não recomendo essa experiência para ninguém nem de graça, ainda mais pelo valor que pagamos.

Einzigartig war unter dem Sternenhimmel zu schlafen und das Bett war sehr bequem. Das sehr üppige Frühstück mit allem was das Herz begehrt, sollte auch hervorgehoben werden. Die Mitarbeiter sind leider etwas überfordert manchmal und Dinge werden nicht eingehalten (z.b. Zimmer reinigen). Auch läuft von mittags bis ca 22h laut Musik die leider auf die Duomos ausgerichtet ist, so das eine ruhige Entspannung unter tags leider nicht möglich ist.

El hotel en general es agradable y la atención muy amable. Pero hay cosas que se deben mejorar. - Priorizar los estacionamientos para los huespedes, por sobre los clientes del restaurant o visitas. - Mejorar instalaciones eléctricas. Impresentable que siendo un hotel existan enchufes que funcionan con "alargadores", ya que es un riesgo para los huéspedes, especialmente si hubiesen niños. - Falta basurero o papelero en las habitaciones. - Sugiero colocar al menos un vaso en cada habitación. - Mejorar la desinsectación, ya que había presencia de grillos y arañas. Se debe destacar la amabilidad del personal de atención, particularmente Cristina y Jonathan. Además la comida y bebidas son muy buenas, tanto en sabor, como en tamaño y presentación.

Malo.. me robaron dinero q tenéis en la Mochila( 100 dólares y $ 20).. les comenté a los Dueños.. no me dieron solución más solo dijeron que pena.. más el dueño atinó a decirme tienes q andar con todo tu dinero… Ninguna disculpas. Reserve una habitación toda equipada más nos pasaron 1 habitación básica y con baño compartida( en plena pandemia ).. solo me dijeron q había disponibilidad de otra habitación… Las comidas muy caro … Lo único bueno fue la piscina y el desayuno… Para nunca mas volver …

Mi experiencia por la atención del personal sobre todo naviera bueno , pero 1 baño para compartirlo con tanta gente en tiempos de pandemia muy malo . Mala mantencion y limpieza en general la verdad cara la comida y no Tan buena .

Buen lugar, tranquilo. Mucha amabilidad y cordialidad en la atención en especial Las Javieras y Yasna Lo malo que mi habitación no tenia baño privado, al baño compartido le faltaba una salida de ducha, siempre estaba el piso mojado y los huéspedes no ayudaban mucho con la mantención, dejando resto de jabón, shampoo y bálsamos tirados, además la cadena del WC sin tirar. Eso es complicado. Adicional que tenia segundo piso y se sentía cada movimiento que había en el, la escalera de para acceder rechinaba, feo. Las puerta de todas habitaciones también rechinaban, ósea se sentía cuando se entraba y se salía de ellas.
