When we went to check in we were supposed to have handicap room which they said was on 2nd floor anr

1.0− Elevators were not working so everyone had to take the stairs, doors kept slamming all night and the constant stomping up and down the stairs. Unable to see the bottom of the pool that was indoors kept us from using it.

2.0I got a king suite and we had no warm water, the fridge was taken out of our room. There was doors slamming all night tell 1:30am, several very big hairs in the bed. $200 a night for this experience in Gainsville is wild. Horrible experience, i have been a Bonvoy card member for a while now and this was my worst experience

1.0− No elevator. We are in our 70's and had to carry our bags up a flight of stairs, 2 trips. Neither reading lamp attached to the beds worked. Other than that it was great
