8.0I really enjoyed my stay at Mosaic Home. The staff at reception were always kind and helpful. I asked questions every day, and they were always happy to help. They also helped me with information on how to get to the airport. The hostel is beautiful, comfortable, and in a great location.
− Some days the bathroom was a bit dirty, but I think it was mostly because of the guests rather than the hostel staff. If I stay here again, I would choose a female-only room for more comfort.

5.0El colchón era firme y tenía enchufes cerca de la cama con AC. El baño tenía una ducha amplia con agua caliente.
− La cama estaba muy pegada a la de enfrente por el tamaño tan estrecho entre literas. La limpieza es muy mejorable en la habitación pues no barren bajo las camas. Tampoco facilitan toallas y mi cama no tenía cortina. La ubicación no es la mejor pues está a 20 min. andando del centro en un callejón muy caluroso con tráfico. La atención del personal muy fría y mecánica.
