Not worth the price
4.0Booked two non-smoking rooms, but only one was available when we checked in. The hotel gave us a suite instead, but it was outdated and had a strong, unpleasant smell. We reported the odor, and housekeeping sprayed air freshener, but it only covered the smell for a short time. They later put an automatic air freshener in the room, but it became too strong, so we turned it off and had to deal with the original odor for the rest of our stay. The hotel did not offer any compensation or other accommodation for the inconvenience or should have moved us to a clean, odor-free room. Overall, the experience did not match the price we paid.

10.0Nice pool, good breakfast and the most friendly and helpful staff I have ever met, can't speak highly enough about how great the staff were. Stayed here for a couple of days before heading to Krui and was so happy I made the decision as it was great to relax and unwind before the long drive to Krui. If I ever decide to do another surf trip to Krui I would definitely stay here again for a day or two before the drive.
