− Everything. The front desk clerk was rude and didn’t have any logical reasons why their hotel was full and my rooms were given away. Was even told reservations don’t mean anything

− I originally booked 5 days but only stayed one night. I was charged for my original booking and an additional days stay. I was told I would be refunded my money, however, I was overcharged.

For stays of 14 nights or longer, the provided weekly cleaning service includes dusting, vacuuming, emptying the trash, cleaning the bathroom, cleaning the kitchen, changing linens and towels and more.
