− Staff was not friendly and accommodating. We had one night with several alarms, and early in the morning during checkout nobody asked or said anything. Careless?
Ottimo albergo con qualche limite
7.0La struttura è molto bella, in una posizione strategica. Il personale è giovane, sorridente e accogliente. Hanno mostrato lodevole attenzione al contrasto dello spreco e cura nella scelta di materiale ecosostenibile. Colazione a buffet molto varia, hanno servito cappuccino e caffè ottimi.
− La spa è difficile da definire spa: una stanza con una piccola sauna e un bagno turco senza vapore acqueo. Abbiamo comunque trovato una persona molto gentile che ci ha trovato una disponibilità per provarla. La stanza forse troppo piccola e con qualche difetto, ma complessivamente confortevole. La pulizia della stanza da rivedere (abbiamo ritrovato dopo il pernottamento sabbia accidentalmente caduta da un costume e capelli in bagno, probabilmente si occupano di rifare solo il letto). Infine non è possibile concedere la colazione fino alle 12 e fissare il check-out alle 11 (abbiamo tardato, ma dopo il sollecito non ci hanno fatto pesare il ritardo). Considerando questi limiti, forse le 5 stelle e il costo sono un tantino eccessivi.
