Risch renoviert, sauber, nicht gemütlich

Die Wohnung wurde ganz frisch renoviert. Das heißt die Farbe an Heizkörpern und Fensterrahmen war noch feucht. Es hat sehr nach Farbe und Chemie gestunken. Es gibt nur wackelige stühle als Sitzgelegenheit. Da die Decke sehr hoch war und fie Fenster alle geöffnet war es sehr kalt und wie gesagt Heizkörper, frisch gestrichen, haben natürlich beim anstellen richtig gestunken und es wurde zu dem auch nicht wirklich warm. Da es 4 Schlafgelegenheiten gibt würde man ja auch entsprechend Geschir erwarten, aber das war nicht der Fall. Ich fiscchte ein zerbrochenes weinglas aus dem Schrank und dann gab es tatsächlivh noch ein Heiles. Also die Wohnung modern, sauber und spatanisch ausgestattet, nichts gemütliches. Ich habe mein Buch dort vergessen und obwohl ich angerufen habe und Porto im buch war hat man sich bis heute, 14 Tage später weder gemeldet noch das Buch zugeschickt. Sehr ärgerlich. Auch wurde mir zwar der schlüsselcode geschickt mir aber such auf Anfrage nicht die Wohnungsnummer mitgeteilt, so dass ich von Wohnung zu Wohnung gehen und probieren musste, bei der 7. öffnete sich dann die Tür.

Wir hatten etwas Mühe den Vermieter zu erreichen, um den Schlüsselcode zu erhalten oder Fragen zu stellen. Dann war es aber recht gemütlich im Apartment. Leider wurde es am Abend wegen einer vermutlichen Feier, die bis weit in den Morgen ging sehr laut, so dass der Schlaf mächtig gestört war. Für Menschen, die Wert auf Ruhe legen ist die Adresse nicht so geeignet.

Unser Appartement entsprach nicht der Abbildung des Angebotes. Keine hellen, freundlichen Farben, sondern alles in grau, blau, schwarz. Ausgesprochen ungemütlich. Heizung im Bad defekt/komplett ausgefallen, wurde trotz Reklamation nicht behoben. Wasserkocher defekt und Pfanne unbrauchbar, wurden aber umgehend ausgetauscht.

Für ein paar Tage reicht dieses Apartment, die Küche ist soweit ganz gut ausstattet leider fehlt Salz, Pfeffer und Zucker.
