Pésimo servicio de fin de año, el hotel informa que no tenía la reserva, que la plataforma estaba bloqueada, finalmente no dieron solución, me tocó salir a buscar hotel por qué llame a hoteles.com y tampoco dieron solución. Me tocó salir a buscar nuevo hotel y más caros con mis hijos!!! Ni el hotel ni la plataforma vuelvo a usar!!

Pésimo servicio de fin de año, el hotel informa que no tenía la reserva, que la plataforma estaba bloqueada, finalmente no dieron solución, me tocó salir a buscar hotel por qué llame a hoteles.com y tampoco dieron solución. Me tocó salir a buscar nuevo hotel y más caros con mis hijos!!! Ni el hotel ni la plataforma vuelvo a usar!!!

la habitación fue muy normal, no cuenta con minibar, por mejorar el desayuno que ofrece el hotel y el área de la piscina requiere mantenimiento

En general el servicio y las instalaciones son buenas, solo les falta una cosas para que el servicio sea excelente, en la habitación que nos dieron el sanitario no tenía tapa, esto es algo muy fácil de solucionar y no es muy costoso, la presión del agua de la ducha es muy baja , les recomiendo hacerlo y les iría muy bien.
