8.0Excelente localização, próxima ao centro e com fácil acesso aos principais pontos de Puerto Varas. Os funcionários foram muito atenciosos e prestativos durante toda a estadia. O hotel estava sempre limpo e organizado. O café da manhã é simples, mas atende bem, com produtos de boa qualidade e suficientes para começar o dia.
− O quarto é pequeno para acomodar confortavelmente quatro pessoas, sendo mais indicado para casais ou famílias menores. Outro ponto negativo é o barulho dos trens, já que o hotel fica ao lado da linha férrea, o que pode incomodar quem tem sono leve. Além disso, considerando o valor da diária, achei o custo-benefício apenas mediano, pois existem opções que oferecem mais conforto na mesma faixa de preço.
