Fun Family Hotel in Sanur
6.0Location is the best for a family friendly stay. Hotel had a free shuttle to the local shopping centre and beach, so easy to use with three children. The staff were super friendly and helpful, especially with the children. Our kids loved the water slide and pool area. I personally liked the food and bar. Our room was spacious and clean. The buffet breakfast was yum and we enjoyed all the activities for the children. Pizza and movie night were our faves. lots of nice day spa in the area for mums too,
− tvs in our room didnt work. I should of communicated with staff but we did not spend much time in the room anyways. Kids just needed down time when mum was getting ready. Our bed wasnt comfortable

As required by Indonesian Government, all guests must scan on Peduli Lindungi QR code that’s available at the lobby area. For those who haven’t downloaded the application yet, you need to download it on Google Play Store or Apple Store. This application used to minimize the potential for COVID-19 transmission through the implementation of Digital Tracing with the aim of helping to track the mobilization of people who want to access hotel services. Please note that the Water Slide will be closed from 1- 29 February 2024.
From January 25 to February 28, 2026, our Terrace Restaurant will be temporarily closed for a floor extension and renovation, aimed at enhancing your dining experience.
During this time, breakfast, lunch, and dinner will be served at the Kids Club movie area. In addition, poolside service will be available for lunch and dinner.
