10.0Schön eingerichtetes Apartment mit moderner Ausstattung, innen wirklich sehr angenehm. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermietung war unkompliziert und schnell. Der Schlüsselkasten war anfangs etwas schwer zu finden – lag aber daran, dass wir die Infos nicht genau gelesen hatten. Danach alles problemlos.

9.0Fantastic location, only 3-4 minutes walk from skibus and supermarket. Host answered all of our questions almost inmediatelly. The apartment is clean, and fonfortable for 4 person. Comming back next year.
− Unexpected deposit made some confusion, but it is totally fine and safe. I would mention it in the description to avoid unnecessary stess.

8.0− Main communal area was a touch dated but when entered apartment it was up to date. Had all the basics one would require. Once found the key all good. It would be helpful if the actual key box had a name on it we were told about as there are a number of key boxes on the side of the building and it was a case of trying a load.
Please note that the prepayment will be charged from the credit card directly after booking, the rest of the price within cancelation policy. Please note that two days before arrival a security deposit in the amount of EUR 75, per person and stay will be charged on the credit card provided. In case of damage the credit card will be charged in the amount of the damage sum. If there is no damage, the deposit will be returned to the same credit card within 7 days after departure. The credit card must be valid, otherwise a check-in is not possible. A security deposit in cash is also not possible.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation.
