Fantastic views, spacious villa but needs some TLC to make it excellent

The view is fantastic. The terrace is excellent

− The villa needs maintenance, there are many cracks in the walls, the pillows are worn out, some of the chairs are worn and need replacing. The DVD player does not work. No cleaning materials were left for us to use Some of the shrubs and trees need pruning as they are starting to block the view
