7.0It was close to everything
− The night we arrived, the AC was broken in our room. With the heat of the room, it smelled so bad. The room was dirty and there was a dirty Band-Aid behind the bathroom floor door. And spiderwebs by the AC.
Bed Bugs
2.0We had Bed Bugs in our room and now have bites all over arms, feet, neck. General Manager at the hotel moved us to another room, but the first room he offered was 2 doors down from the room with the bed bugs! We asked to be put on another floor which he did. He said that he would take care of us but we have yet to get any response from him. We have to hunt him down for any kind of answers of what is going on and he hasn't contacted us one time except to tell us he was leaving early for an appointment. What a nightmare this has been!
Pretty decent place but needs improvement

− The ice machine was not working. The staff was just barely friendly. Maintenance came to check on the air conditioner and spoke zero English so that was frustrating.
