I didn’t like my stay and when I complain about it, no one reached out to me
3.0I was told on booking.com breakfast was included and it wasn’t. When me and my family woke up and went down for breakfast. They told us it was $21 apiece and that wasn’t in the description online
− I didn’t like that we didn’t have breakfast. My refrigerator wasn’t working. I had a cracked window pain in my room. When I went downstairs to tell the receptionist they looked at me and laughed.

− The whole place is in desperate need of repairs, the elevators are rough and the room was not clean and in need of repairs.
