Staff were pleasant and it was clean and the room was not worn-down. There was not a lot of noise and the rooms seemed well noise insulated as we heard nothing from the other rooms.

− There was no air-conditioning and it was warm. There was only a dribble from the shower and the bathroom became a sauna because of poor airflow.

Good hotel option for events at Wembley

Staff were friendly and recently decorated making it comfortable. The buffet breakfast was nice but didn’t cater for different dietary requirements such as soya milk or gluten free bakeries
