− The room was hotter than anything we have experienced in our lives. There was no air con and the fans were cheap and did very little. The lifts looked like they had not been cleaned for months. The breakfast was limited and didn’t even offer porridge. One packet of biscuits in the room for 3 person room is just rediculous. The guide provide in the room was sticky, stained and we didn’t even want to touch it. The flush in the toilet was rubbish. The whole experience was poor and we definitely will not be coming back or recommending.

1.0The look of the hotel from the outside
− The staff was not very helpful. I book 2club room but there was none available. Then they decided the only option available was two separate rooms for the kids (age 4 and 8). No consideration for their safety. I was expected to recieve my refund, told to go through the booking service, still not heard anything. The staff refuse to assist with that too. Also, they took my car registration but did not iterate that as guest we had to pay for parking. Got 3 parking tickets, called and they still refuse to give any assistance in rectifying the situation. Not even taking any form of liability. No apology for the confusion. It was like dealing with people who has no people skills. Probably get a better reaction if I was speaking to a wall.
