Refrigerator

− Wasn't clean and shower tub was dirty had to put towel down in tube to bath,had to wait on attendant like 20min when checking in he was in back and yelled out busy be out when I can I feel I over payed for very poorly ruined and maintain property linens were all stained in bathroom towels looked used and dirty floors were dirty and just all around very poor stay especially for 444.00

The room was not clean. The bath tub was old and needed attention. we got out early in the morning.

The front desk were friendly and helpful

− The room and the hallways were very dirty. I will not recommend staying here

A last minute decision.

It was a good price

− There were wasp nests everywhere. I booked a double queen bed and did not receive what I booked. I had to exchange the linens and the sheets myself for new ones.

It was 4th of July weekend and I had a terrible vacation because of a poorly ran hotel.

There were no elevators and I have severe arthritis in my knees. I had to walk to walk 4 flights up to room 322 after being moved from 312 because of a non smoking room that smelled of cigarette smoke. I have allergies and bronchitis, the room wasn’t even aired out before allowing someone in. IT WAS Supposed To Be A Non Smoking Room! I asked the front desk for at least the 1st or second floor but was told non was available.

− My room floor was filthy and had visible stains on the floor.One stain looked like dry poop. The floors were crumby and hadn’t been swept properly. I had to wear socks the whole time. Absolutely nasty!!!’ I had to find a maintenance man to secure the entrance door and lock the minute I arrived. The maintenance guy was friendly but stated the the hotel was the worst Extended Stay ever and that it was his last day. He tightened the door as best he could but didn’t have proper screws. The door was unsafe and had a huge gap on the sides and bottom. I was so afraid that anyone could push the door open and come in off the streets A rodent could have easily gotten in through the gap. The electrical sockets barely worked and one was hanging from the wall and couldn’t be used. It was dangerously left un repaired. No pots , pans, absolutely nothing that an Extended Stay normally has . Chip paint on the walls, rusted shower bars and stained windows shades. Just disgusting 😡 The hallway and stairs were awful and were never cleaned once where I was and there was stinky trash in the hallway with a dirty towel on the floor for the entire duration of my stay. The smell was horrible!!! I have more photos but there only 4 boxes to upload pics. I can send more!

It would be nice if we can add cereal and milk to go with things like bananas and oranges or apple just more selections

The location and it has a stove and the hot water is good Front desk is nice. They have a good staff they know how to work with the customers and understand.

− I wish it had a sitting area in a grill like the other properties and the vending machine is too expensive
