No sabían que había reservado habitación pero cancelé la misma al llegar porque la habitación no era lo que prometían. No es un hotel boutique, es mucho menos que eso. Pésimo.

This is a beautiful hotel in Downtown Xalapa. The architecture is great, one feels at the old Mexico. Price is reasonable, clean and it has a great location. Parking during day-time might be complicated, and the entrance to their parking is too narrow. Breakfast is fresh but not that great. There is no wheelchair access and no ramps for heavy bags, but the staff is very friendly and will help you. The room we had was a little bit hot, and the washroom door had a clear glass, so I could easily see my wife inside taking a shower and doing her stuff. I am Ok with that, but if my children were here, it would be a little uncomfortable. I hope they have changed this when I go back there next time.
