− The rooms were not well lit
Comfortable, clean, close to Chinatown, so a little noisy. Staff friendly.

− A little noisy, no extra blankets. Bed was on wheels so it kept moving. Ordered breakfast in my room. The omelette was flat and underwhelming for the price.

6.0Location and cost. We travel to Melboure regularly and stay in Mercure Welcome.
− The bath room towels not replaced for 4 daya and neither bedsheets. We went done to reception. After the promise. No change or replace tower. Need to go to recwotion again.
