The location was good and the food in the restaurant was fine.

− We have stayed in room 20 for 2 nights and I shared the following feedback with the hotel. - Wi-Fi connects in the room but there is no internet so it was easier to switch back to my 4G, the hotel advertises Wi-Fi but it does not work properly - on the first night I could not get the TV to work and mentioned it to the girls in the restaurant- I did not expect them to sort it out as they were working in the restaurant, however they could have said they would tell reception in the morning but oh no they told me to phone myself between 10-4 to report it. - I did phone and report it and the lady said maintenance would sort it out. When we got back at 5pm it still did not work so I mentioned it to the girls in the restaurant and basically they told me it did work so it must be me! However, they did say they would help me work it when they were not busy. Later I went back to my room and Zach arrived to look at the TV - after going through things he agreed it did not work! So having been made to feel like an idiot, I was correct all the time. By the way Zach was very professional and helpful (as was the waitress in the restaurant with long dark hair) - perhaps some of the rest of the team could benefit from some extra training. - we requested to book in the restaurant via booking.com but it appeared when we arrived the staff did not know of the booking so we made sure we booked for the second night. When we arrived down for dinner we had been given table 13 with a view of bins etc. the restaurant was not that busy and we did move but why would the team place a reserved table for a guest of the hotel on table 13, it was quite insulting. - however, the worst bit was last night when it was very warm (the room is very hot and has no fan etc.) but because of the bar and outside guests it was impossible to sleep.

Das Hotel ist sehr schön, das Zimmer war geräumig und das Frühstück sehr gut.

− Ein Ventilator, der wohl von der Küche kam, gab die ganze Nacht einen Brummton von sich.
