Great, price / performance is bad compared to German standard, but for Italian standard it is okay.
7.0We liked the location which was very close to the lake! We loved that it was not a high tourist living area and the communication with the host was very good.
− I did not like the cleanliness. Spider areas and dust everywhere, inside and outside. It seems we were the first ones this year. The host offered cleaning, but we rejected, because we cleaned up be ourselves. The babychair which we booked via booking.com was not inside, after asking for it they offered it against additional payment what I did not accept. So in the end I got it for free.

10.0Very pleasant, quiet apartement. Pool was very good and water was warm. Frienly staff. Good air and good airconditioning. Comfortable beds. Beautifull scenery from bedrooms. Good shower.
− There could be lock in the bathroom. Toaster missing in the kitchen.
