9.0המיקום של הדירה הכי מרכזי שיש. ממש על הכיכר המרכזית מול תיאטרון עדן. הדירה צופה לכיכר ויש מרפסות קטנות שאפשר להשקיף על הרחוב. הבניין מרגיש בטוח, נקי ויש מעלית. 2 חדרי שינה + 2 חדרי רחצה + 3 שירותים. יכול להתאים ל-4. הספה בסלון לא מתאימה לשינה. יש מזגנים, מטבח מאובזר, מכונת כביסה ללא מייבש, מכונת קפה, טלויזיה חכמה בסלון. מחוץ לדירה יש שפע של מסעדות, בתי קפה, תחנת רכבת רוסיו ליד וגם מטרו. תקרות גבוהות, דירה בהירה, מוארת מאוד. נקייה מאוד. מים חמים במקלחת. מראה גדולה בחדר וארון עם מדפים ומגירות שהספיק לאחסון של הכול.
− הוראות הפתיחה של הדלת הראשית לא היו ברורים, התעקבנו המון זמן עד שנכנסו עם כל הקודים, יכול להיות בעייתי למי שמגיע בלילה. המארחת לא הסכימה להתכתב בווצאפ אלא רק דרך בוקינג, למרות שהשיבה מהר, יצא שפיספסנו חלק מההודעות שלה. ביקשנו עזיבה מאוחרת בגלל טיסת לילה ולא הייתה גמישות בכלל. לא היו שמפו, סבון, קפסולות לקפה או למכונה, פשוט כלום,

9.0Vieta -10 balų. Viskas pasiekiama pėsčiomis. Nuostabus vaizdas pro langą iš svetainės (romantiškas ypač vakarais). Baiminomės dėl triukšmo iš gatvės, bet uždarius langus, jo nesigirdėjo. Vienas miegamasis turi langus į aikštę, o kitas į viešbučio/restorano pusę (rytais jautėsi maisto gaminimo kvapai, tad teko naudoti kondicionierių). Fainai, kad prie kiekvieno miegamojo buvo vonios kambariai. Pats tas dviem porom. Įėjimas su kodais (kažkiek užtrukome kol išmokome naudotis).
− Buvo sulužęs vienos vonios kranas. Sekančią dieną operatyviai sutvarkė. Tačiau vonios kambariai nelabai patogūs. Trūko vieno rankšluosčio, bet jo taip ir nepristatė. Keista, kad nepavykdavo iš tos vietos išsikviesti Uber,vis paėmimo vietą mums pakeisdavo į kitas gatves (bet čia ne savininko bėda, gal vietos daugiau).
Bad service and not at all responsible
1.0My items were stolen from the apartment. My daughter left some of her clothes in one of the drawer in apartment and we informed the team the same day as we were in Lisbon but these guys did nothing to locate and later just apologised. Very very disappointing.

10.0Large but cosy apartment downtown Lisbon, close to subway station. Clean and confortable. Equipped kitchen, 2 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, more than convenient for a large family. Great staff, allowing a late check out.
