− The black female receptionist with the dreads was very unprofessional. And the white guy had to step in and handled the situation; The white guy was exceptional.

− I have never experienced this before, but on this particular stay ….i heard a tap at my door. My girlfriend was in the bathroom,so I thought it may have been her. The tap kept happening . Few moments later one of the housekeepers unlocked my room door and told me “check out is at 11” . Im confused and quiet angry because im changing my clothes and you walked in WHILE im changing. I already know checkout is at 11. Its a few minutes after 9am, i still have atleast a 1hr & a half. I forgot to mention this to the front desk or atleast someone of management
