Das Zimmer, die Ausstattung und der Schallschutz der Fenster waren einfach sehr gut. Das Personal war auch super nett. Die Frühstücksauswahl war reichhaltig. Mit frischen Eierspeisen wäre es nicht mehr zu toppen.

Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Das Zimmer war super – sehr sauber, gemütlich und mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Besonders begeistert waren wir vom Frühstück. Die Auswahl war groß, alles war frisch und sehr lecker. Auch der Service war hervorragend und hat unseren Aufenthalt noch angenehmer gemacht. Für zwei Nächte war es für mich okay, nochmal buchen würde ich vermutlich nicht.

Die Lage ist zum GC Osnabrück-Dütetal super, allerdings ist das Nachbarhotel Kohlbrecher um Klassen besser. Was ich ganz gut fand, war die Matratze im Zimmer, ich bekomme oft Rückenschmerzen, hatte da aber ein gutes Gefühl. Das Zimmer war sehr sauber und selbst nach einer Nacht wurden schon die Handtücher gewechselt. Die Einrichtung im Zimmer ist modern, auch im Einzelzimmer. Zum Frühstück: das Kastenbrot im Brotkorb war sehr frisch und hat wirklich sehr gut geschmeckt, auch die rote Grütze zum reintun in den Naturjoghurt fand ich sehr gut.

− Als ich eincheckte wurde mir angezeigt, dass der Parkplatz 10€ kosten soll pro Tag. Ich habe dann immer nur für Gepäck einladen auf dem Hotelparkplatz kurz gehalten und habe dann woanders geparkt. Ich fand das seltsam, da das Hotel keine Stadtlage hat. Hätte ich es eher bemerkt, hätte ich alleine deswegen die 2 ÜN nicht gebucht. Mein EZ (im Haupthaus) war sehr warm und mit offenem Fenster eben an der Straße. Frühstück war okay, aber auch nicht außergewöhnlich. Kaffee wird gebracht, da die Maschine in der Küche steht. Mir persönlich wäre es lieber, ich könnte mir den Kaffee selbst holen. Die Frühstücksdame steht viel hinter dem Buffet, beobachtet, klar, sie muss den Kaffee bringen, eine moderne Lösung ist das nicht. Sie war sehr höflich, von der Mimik aber nicht freundlich, kein Lächeln, nur das Nötigste gesprochen. Frühstück geht bis um 10 Uhr, in der letzten halben Stunde sind dann schon Sachen nicht mehr da: wenn eine Käsesorte weg ist, ist sie halt weg, wenn die Mini-Croissants weg sind, kommen die auch nicht mehr. Vielleicht hätte ich was sagen müssen, habe ich nicht gemacht. Zuviel wegzuschmeißen ist natürlich auch nicht optimal, aber es wirkte auf mich wenig großzügig. Wenn ich schon Frühstück im Hotel habe ist mir das tatsächlich extrem wichtig und ich habe mich nicht zu 100% wohl gefühlt.
