Susan the host was very welcoming everything was spotlessly clean she went the extra mole there was a fridge in the room that had everything in there fir a continental breakfast stayed for two nights and susan topped everything up

What a great find! Super comfortable and very clean. The host was fabulous- really friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is definitely a place we will stay again and we would recommend it to anyone who needs somewhere cosy and clean to stay.

It was lovely, clean and welcoming. Host was very friendly and accommodating for our unexpected late check-in. Very clean with comfortable beds and a great breakfast. Would highly recommend and look forward to staying here again!

Very comfortable and well equipped private garden annex. Owner was very kind and welcome us warmly. We enjoyed our stay and will stay again when we will be in Basingstoke in the future!
