3.0Staff was friendly and the location was perfect for my needs.
− Room wasn't clean. Urine on the outside of the toilet, dirty walls, trash under the beds, the window was stuck partially open, room phone didn't work. My room was NEVER cleaned or restocked the whole week I was there. I was told there were no other rooms to move to.
Visit with family so I stayed but I did not feel the room was worth what I was charged.
8.0Facilities was fine just old and had pigeons nested on my room porch or balcony.
− Everyone seemed overwhelmed with new computer system. I saw several people go down the road because of the room prices and confusion.

8.0The Bistro was not open at 8:00 as advertised; so I went down street to nearest Whataburger.
− Parking lot seemed to be in somewhat a state of disrepair; perhaps too many cold winters? Handicap parking was visible but paint wearing out.
