Great value
8.0We liked the large, clean, beautiful apartment, with whole foods in the same building for convenience. This was just what we needed for a night before a flight. Space to repack our bags, kitchen for a quick dinner and breakfast, and great value. Also, we were glad not to be annoyed too much by the trains passing by just next to the hotel. We had a worse experience in downtown Denver.
− I am not a fan of the full virtual check-in when it is more intrusive than a regular face-to-face : We were asked for information (and emails) of everyone, ID copy and face recognition for me, pay 200$ deposit in advance, need to create a sonder account and download the app to get the check-in instructions and book a parking spot. That too so long, was intrusive, and was unexpected. At the very least, we should know about this at booking on booking dot com because so much is happening outside of booking secured communication. Finally, for a longer stay and more than four people, I would worry about the lack of chairs and kitchenware.

− Lack of staff, extremely difficult check in and check out, very hard to organise parking when you arrive
Great location to visit ASU. Facilities were great and apartment was lovely.

Decent stay
7.0It’s centered in the university area, which is close to several shops and restaurants. The place is spacious for one to two people.
− The walls are super thin, and the property provides earplugs for this reason. There is no TV in the bedroom just in the main living room portion of the apartment. Parking is $20 extra per night. I probably wouldn’t stay again.
It was perfect and we will stay here again when visiting. Will definitely share with friends
9.0The apartment was very nice, roomy and very clean. All of the common spaces (pool, game room, lobby) were beautiful and decorated very nice.
− Only complaint was the sheets were super stiff and noisy.
