6.0Cheap stay in WB. Room was fine. The pillows were rock hard. Also floor/ceiling is paper thin. You can literally hear someone drop something. Unfortunately the people above me had their kids running around for about 2 hours between 1am and 3am. So the noise and pillows were turn offs and I didn't get much sleep. I would return because of price but this time take my own pillow lol. Not much they can do about the idiots above me. Staff were excellent and the property and rooms are good.

5.0Wish a better quality breakfast the manger explained that is a low tier hotel if u want eggs and bacon would be the comfort inn
− Dryer had a 99 code and drum not aligned with the dryer the dryer is a fire hazard has so much lint in it and the laundry soap dispenser is sold out and be warned the dryer will eat and rip your clothes

5.0Free breakfast was skimpy ! Why bother putting anything out . Very disappointing. Only thing left at 8 am was waffles .
− Cigarettes smoking right by the front door, nothing worse than the smell of cigarette butts in the the ash tray posts.
