10.0Service was excellent. All employees were polite and accommodating. The room was clean. Bare in mind this is japan so everything is compact. Room had all necessities needed.

6.0ペットと一緒に泊まったのですが、狂犬病とワクチンの証明を持って来たか聞かれましたが、説明に何も書いておらず持ってきてない旨を伝えたら帰ってからファックスをしろと言われました。 ホテル側の不備にも関わらず客にファックスしろとはおかしい話です。 勿論断りました。 その他は良かったです。

10.0This is my favorite place to stay when I’m visiting Japan. I enjoy the nice neighborhood that the hotel is in. Close to the Akihabara stores I enjoy shopping at. There is access to several subway and train options (10-15 minutes walking). This was my second time using this hotel. I plan on using it every time I stay in the Tokyo area.
