Welcome Guest, or Unwanted Pest?

2.0

State funded establishment. God bless the gentleman for hosting those in need, here. The state pays them $2383.33 according to my paperwork, however “guests” (cash paying lodgers) pay $109-$149. I’ve got no proof the extra cash gets anyone better service. They treat everyone the same, consistently, so I don’t sense any bias. The only difference between staying at a real hotel, is the extra training that’s required by the staff of such establishments as the Hilton, Ramada, and of course Disney. I’m a bit sensitive to not being treated like a guest when staying at a place that’s marketed, zoned, and marqueed as an “inn”. After a month or two, you’ll be yelled at. I recommend anger management classes prior to staying here unless you’ve got a healthy sense of self-esteem, a steady-hand, or perhaps a video of you doing something cool with the staff/management/ownership, because this place is absurd if you’re dealing with issues that require state assistance , have a disability, or just need some peace of mind at night. Oh.. door slamming… I don’t get it, maybe it’s a form of tradecraft or something, keeps me up, costs me sleep, and is unreasonable imho.

Absolutely filthy. The cigarette smoke stains the rooms. People hanging outside your room until 12 in the morning. People arguing, fighting. This is not the place you want to stay at WHAT SO EVER! The rooms are filthy. Stains on the walls sheets and pillow cases disgusting. This place should not be running for business.

Do not stay here

Don't stay here. It is filthy and unsafe. We were charged before check-in, and they refused to refund our money when we realized the condition of the 'Inn'.

FILTHY GROSS AND UNACCEPTABLE

2.0

A MUST READ- THIS PLACE WAS ABSOLUTELY FILTHY. We pulled up and there were some very seedy characters in front but I tried to pay it no mind. I went I to the office and it smelled. Got my key card and proceeded to our room. The door was disgusting. Again, tried to take it with a grain of salt. Walked into the room and I can tell you I have NEVER been in such a GROSS space. Let’s start with the beds. They were small. My son’s bed had dirt on it. There were HOLES IN THE WALLS. One was about 4 or 5 inches big. The walls were scuffed with DIRT everywhere. The base board moulding was atrocious. There were bugs that had been killed on the walls and left there. The bathroom walls were so UNSANITARY. There were pencil drawings on one wall and crayon on the other. There was a DIRTY FOOTPRINT on one of the walls. An article of someone else’s clothes was in the room. BUT THE ABSOLUTE WORST WAS WHAT APPEARED TO BE BLOOD ON THE WALL. I kid you not! It looked like a finger was bleeding and someone rubbed it on the wall. It was about 4 inches long. Seeing all of this and having paid over $200, I went to the front desk. They told me to call Booking.com. After allot of back and forth Booking.com offered me a $21 return. I declined just on the principle and decided to make everyone aware. We eventually found another room for $200.

The hotel was older but very clean. The neighbors were very noisy and many were intoxicated.
