6.0The location close to the Tower of London is excellent. Communication with the staff was good and they answered quickly.
− The linen and blanket have a weird plastic cover that is quite uncomfortable, especially in Summer. The shared bathrooms can be occupied for a while and a lot of people leave their things unattended in the bathroom.

− Shared bathroom. I was aware of it, but I underestimated for how long people occupy it.
