− 沒熱水、冷氣太吵、屋內燈光不夠亮、隔音不佳、房間門縫大，四人房要爬三樓沒電梯、沒有停車位（需自行找路邊停）、願意加價結果還沒有車庫房，整體評估下來不會想再訪
