Uncomfortable bed, hairs in shower, staff not polite
1.0This is probably one of the worse experiences I’ve ever had at the hotel, I can’t say there is one single thing that I enjoyed about this property.
− When we arrived, there were hairs in the shower, which made it seem like the bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly. We also requested additional towels since there were two of us staying in the room, but housekeeping told us they were only allowed to provide one towel per day. This was very inconvenient. The room only had one travel-sized bottle of body wash for both of us, which wasn't enough for our stay. On top of that, the bed was extremely uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night's sleep.

it was ok. we got the rest we needed.
5.0we were given a different room after informing front staff of issues in 1st room, and this one was better general repair and no holes in sheets either.
− initially we were given one room, but the plumbing had an issue. some holes in the sheets and some items needed repair in the room, because of the plumbing issue we asked for a different room. which they did switch us to another room. also booking.com advertised that they had breakfast. staff said they have informed booking.com that they do not have breakfast, so stated it was booking.com's error.
overall it was ok and we got what we paid for.
6.0location was convenient and the price was good for no longer than we were going to be in our room.
− The staff was not the nicest. we got there about an hour early for check in and asked if we could check in early he seemed very annoyed that we bothered him.
