Not worth the money
1.0The location was ideal and easy to find.
− Where do I begin? We chose the Red Roof Inn because they were pet friendly and we were staying for the weekend for a family getaway (Proximity to Knoebol's) When we first got to the motel we were greeted by a wonderful woman at the front desk who checked us in. We thought we were off to a good start, but then we got to our room. Upon entering we noticed a disgusting smell, stained sheets on the bed, and a broken toilet that didnt even have water in it. We returned to the front desk and they moved us to another room. The second room smelled worst, but because we only had one more night in the area we stayed. I will never come back and I suggest you don't bring your family here. The facility is ran down, filthy, and their "non-smoking rooms" smell strongly of cigarette smoke.

3.0The evening front desk woman was wonderful and very helpful.
− My husband and I stayed here with our daughter (3) and dog. When we arrived to the facilty, we were greeted by a kind woman. The facility was well lit and although it seemed a little run down we thought it would be acceptable for our stay. My in laws were next to us originally (their room was moved after discovering a broken toilet and stained sheets). We discovered a pizza box with pizza still in it under the bed with an empty beer bottle which was disgusting. After that we lysoled everything. When I went to wash my hands I noticed there was no soap anywhere 🤢 Thank goodness I always pack our own. While we were there nobody ever serviced our room which with a toddler still in pull ups is gross. So we had to service our own room. On the second day we were there we noticed that there were dead squished bugs (looked like bed bugs) all over the floor which was the last straw for me. Because we booked through booking.com I tried to go through them to mitigate the issue but that too was a nightmare. So we decided to follow through with the rest of our stay. We travel a lot and this is the first time we've been as grossed out as we were. Do not come here, especially not with little ones unless you plan on cleaning your room while your husband keeps them occupied...

Ok for a short trip to Knoebles but probably would t stay there again.

− Damp room (all my clothes had to be placed in the car becuase the room was so damp despite the a/c on), dirty shower, tons of trash (broken down a/c units) in the back of the hotel. Stains on the sheets and bedspread
