1.0A simpatia da funcionária da recepção e da supervisora.. Fizeram de tudo para resolver a situação. Reservei este hotel por dizer na sua descrição que tinha posto de carregamento para carro elétrico e não corresponde a verdade. Os postos que existem são os da área de serviço,que fica distante, ou seja, não é um carregador doméstico, como normalmente os hotéis disponibilizam.
− O quarto não estava bem limpo, tinha lenços usados no parapeito do interior da janela. Marcas de mãos de criança no espelho. WC com aspeto velho e descuidado.
Não fiquei, apenas descansei e segui viagem

− A única sugestão que deixo é que, quando o cliente conclui a reserva, o hotel envie automaticamente todas as informações necessárias para facilitar a chegada. No meu caso, vim do Algarve para Santarém e, para conseguir chegar ao hotel, o GPS levou-me até Torres Novas antes de me fazer voltar para trás. Se tivesse recebido antecipadamente as indicações corretas de acesso, teria sido uma viagem muito mais simples e económica.
Conveniente apenas para viajantes que vão passar a noite e seguir a viagem.
6.0É um hotel de estrada, está na A1 no sentido de Lisboa. Bom para viajantes passarem a noite.
− Não consegui tomar um banho quando acordei de manhã para seguir viagem. O motivo foi que só ligar a ducha a água não descia e foi acumulando com sujeiras e um cheiro insuportável de esgoto. Inundou toda a casa de banho.
