− During breakfast we had taken a couple of water thinking it was complimentary however our intention were never to leave without paying. We were on vacation exploring on our last day and multiply msg were sent from staff asking on the time of arrival because they were leaving at 8pm and we had to pay for the consumptions, basically felt rush to get to the hotel to pay the balance of 14eu when our stay was almost 1700 eu. Our credit card and information were on file and obviously we were not going to leave the county over 14eu. Other than that everything else was good.
