One of the Worst!

I thought the property looked nice, but half of the seat cushions outside were missing. I was astonished by the prices at the minibar / snacks. There is a hidden fee of like 35% charged on top of a tip just to open the tiny Pringles can, which should cost $1.00. We ended up paying about $16.00 for about 1/5th of a normal can. We caught on to the scheme, we opened a $1.00 can of soda which they were charging about $10.00 for, plus tip etc. We just went to the local store and restocked ourselves to avoid the crazy charges. Also, they charged to use the room phone, unheard of. The golf course was baked through, and the bunkers were never raked. Enjoy you're 6 hour round. I wouldn't recommend this place for the price.

Great for golf but not a nice hotel

I stayed here for business. The staff was great. The location was perfect for me. However my room was not well cared for. The furniture was worn and cheap. Normally i wouldn't care but i conducted some of my business in the living room area of my suite and it was embarrassing. The bed was lumpy and well past due for a turn or replacement. All things considered, it was not a good value except for golfing with clients.

Patrick Fabre, Amazing customer service and professionalism

I would like to commend Patrick Fabre, the Front Desk Manager. Upon my arrival to the hotel I did not have an existing reservation. I went to the front desk and asked if there was availability and if so I wanted to see the rooms. I had a prior bad experience down the street at another hotel. I was then graciously helped by Patrick who took me around the property and to check out a newly refurbished room. I was happy with the accommodations and Patrick assisted me with the booking and check-in process. He was extremely professional and very friendly. Throughout my stay he was available by text and call whenever I had concerns. He even assisted me when I needed to extend my stay. He immediately returned my calls and was prompt in his responses. He was so helpful. If I return to this hotel, it will be due to his excellent customer service and the cleanliness of the rooms. I am very grateful for his kindness and willingness to assist me. Out of all my interactions with hotel staff he was the shining star! Thank you Patrick!

Exceptional Holiday Stay with Outstanding Service

We stayed at Trump National Doral Miami from December 11–15, and our experience was absolutely outstanding. The Christmas trees and holiday décor throughout the property were beautiful and created such a warm, festive atmosphere. The grounds are immaculate, perfect for walking and enjoying the scenery. A special thank-you to Stephanie, our hotel attaché, whose service and coordination were exceptional. She truly elevated our stay with her attentiveness and professionalism. Jorge, the attaché manager, also reached out personally, which made us feel incredibly welcomed. The Spa Suites were spacious and perfect for our family. We had both a two bedroom suite and a single bedroom suite. The living room and dining room area of the suite made for a great spot to relax and play games at night while our granddaughter slept. The golf course views were amazing and we enjoyed watching people finishing their rounds. My husband and sons played multiple courses and enjoyed them very much. The spa amenities that you have access to by staying in the Spa Suites were wonderful, offering a relaxing and luxurious experience. Our favorite dinner at BLT Steakhouse was excellent, with outstanding service from Walter. Traveling with our granddaughter, we appreciated the thoughtful family-friendly touches—crib, highchair, baby bath, and diaper genie—which made everything so easy. The pool staff were fantastic, the food was great, and every employee we encountered stopped to say hello and ask about our stay. Even when we were caught in an unexpected rain shower one evening, a covered shuttle quickly brought us back to our room—a perfect example of the resort’s attention to detail. This resort exceeded every expectation. Incredible service, beautiful property, and a truly memorable stay. We recommend it without hesitation and can’t wait to return.
