8.0The property is nice, the rooms are spacious and clean, the staff is super nice and attentive. The location is good. Kaprun is beautiful.

9.0We had a great stay! The rooms were super clean, everything felt brand new, and the bed was really comfortable. The breakfast was also amazing with lots of fresh choices. Definitely recommend this place.
− We arrived during an extreme heatwave but found no complimentary bottled water, cooler stands, or free drinks for guests. We actually had to drive into town just to buy a drink. Unfortunately, the hotel parking arrangements also require an extra payment
