10.0Besonders herausragend war die Lage und die Ausstattung mit Fitnessraum, kostenlosem Waschsalon mit Industrie Waschmaschinen und Trocknern, Tischtennis, Billard, Dachterrasse und Abstellraum für Fahrräder

9.0Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. 2 subway und der Pier 11 mit den NYC Ferrys schnell zu Fuss erreichbar. Die Betten waren sehr bequem, in der Kitchenette war alles da, was man zur kleinen Selbstversorgung brauchte und das Zimmer war groß und sehr stimmig eingerichtet. Das Personal war super freundlich und hilfsbereit.
− Die Bar und die Gemeinschaftsbereiche wurden von den Hotelgästen fast gar nicht genutzt. Das war ein wenig schade.

− El nivel de limpieza un poco bajo. En una estancia de 6 días deberían repasar la limpieza por lo menos una vez
